DESPATCH, SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We offer fast and reliable shipping for your convenience. We aim to despatch all orders no later than the day after you place your order, Monday to Friday.
All orders are despatched using either the Royal Mail 48 hour service or larger items are shipped using EVRI. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method selected and delays may occur during peak periods.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
We provide tracking information for all orders. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped
EASY RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns for most items provided you return them to us within 14 days.
We would be grateful if you would email us at info@occasionbox.co.uk to let us know your returning an item including your order reference number and details of items you are returning. We will then email you a postage paid return label and the item must returned in the condition it was despatched. Once we receive your return and it has been checked we will send you a refund less the original postage once the checks have been been completed.
